  1. I’m something of a Fiberista. I love to make useful and beautiful items from string and sticks! My favorite to crochet are afghans and shawls to help folks stay warm. I make them and give them to homeless folks or those who are struggling in some sort of crisis. Having your very own afghan or shawl is like getting a hug whenever you want one or need one the most! If I won this giveaway, I would make myself a shawl to keep me warm while I work on one for someone else to enjoy.

  2. This is very generous of you and you do very beautiful work.
I am just a beginner so I don’t have a favourite thing to crochet yet. I am almost finished my first blanket and have enjoyed doing it. I have also started a practice teddy bear so I can make a nice one for my Mom for Christmas, she collects them but this will be her first homemade Teddy Bear. I know she will love it. She lives with me so I have to sneak around to make it so she doesn’t see it. When I get better I hope to make stuff to donate to the babies in hospital and hats and scarfs for the homeless.
I would love to win this giveaway, especially the hooks as I only have 3 smaller sizes (3mm, 4mm and 5.5mm).

  3. I really don’t have a favorite! Lol! Pretty much everything! I’ve been making a lot of hats lately, though.

  4. I don’t really have a favorite. But I do prefer those that have a sequence that is easy to remember so I don’t have to keep going back to the directions.

  5. Hi Erica! Thanks for hosting a great giveaway. If I had unlimited time, I would love crocheting sweaters and dresses best! I wish I could do more of them!

And then my best friend and I make wheel chair throws also…a lot of our projects are given out to Veterans thanking them for their service to our country, both active and retired.

  38. I don’t know about “favorite” but what I have definitely done most is afghans. One Christmas I crocheted about a dozen or so afghans in a couple of months. One for each and every member of my family, I included a counted cross stitch tag on each with my name and the date. That was fun, but crazy too. I think what I like best are the intricate, fine, old-fashioned doilies. My grandmother did some wonderful ones and I would like to do the same, though I have done several and did a pert good job on each.

  39. I find it very hard to pick a favorite thing to make, Anything for my Grand children, but I love to challenge myself, always looking for new patterns.

  53. I love all things crocheted, but I suppose my best would be the stockings I started making 43 years ago and have made 1 for each child born into the family and all the spouses for a wedding gift…they now have become a requested gift

  54. I love to crochet C2C and granny projects. Really anything that catches my eye and is current! Thank you!
